USE OF THE SITE
You represent and warrant that you are 18 years or view the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
In accordance with the general conditions of this contract, we hereby grant you a limited revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the site, which will appear on your internet browser only for the purpose of purchase for personal items sold on the Site and / or for commercial use, expressly authorized by us in advance. RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to terminate the contract or exchange the item, (stating the reasons), within 10 (ten) days.
The withdrawal period will expire after 10 (ten) days from the day when you or a third from you, other than the carrier acquires the physical possession of the product, in case of sale of a single article;
To exercise the right of withdrawal / exchange, it is necessary to communicate your intention to withdraw from this Agreement by explicit declaration, which must be sent via email to the following address: care@florentiapelle.com
HOW TO PROCEED
To proceed to the return of the items, please fill out the return form and contact the FLORENTIA PELLE team. Please send an email to the following address care@florentiapelle.com filling the object as RETURN FORM specifying the order number and motivation. Once printed the form, completely filled out and contacting FLORENTIA PELLE, put the unused product in a package. Please wrap the product in a sealed package safely, it is recommended to use the blister card, and send it to the address indicated in the return form.
* The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We encourage the submission of the return package with a tracking method, and insurance. FLORENTIA PELLE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Posted refunds without return or postmark form over 10 days or incomplete in all its parts and products you use may be refused and returned to the customer.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you decide to terminate this agreement, all payments made will be refunded without undue delay and in any case, in no more than 10-14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you choose for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed that, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the said refund.
Please return the goods to FLORENTIA PELLE, without undue delay and in any event within seven days from the day on which you communicate the intention to terminate this Agreement. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the deadline of 7 (seven) days in duration.
The shipping costs incurred in returning the goods will be paid by you, we do not accept cash on delivery.
You will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling of the products differently from the methods required to determine the nature, characteristics and working conditions of the products.
