Dear Customer,
in accordance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Privacy Law - We inform you that:
The personal information you provide will be used within the limits and for the achievement of the objectives related to ongoing contractual relationship; in particular the treatment will be finalized to comply with the related and subsequent conduct of all administrative, commercial, accounting and tax.
The provision of data is optional, it is understood that any refusal to provide such data and the lack of consent to their treatment will make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of law and those arising from the contract.
The personal information you provide will be treated "in a lawful and correct manner", as required by art. 11.
The data will be processed with the aid of electrical and / or automated instruments, which are accessible only to authorized parties in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and in particular from the Technical Regulations of Security Measures - Annex B of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003;
The data may be disclosed to:
- Tax offices, social security and health institutions and generally to all bodies involved in audits and checks on the proper fulfillment of the stated purposes;
- Staff and collaborators as those responsible for the processing of data for the practices relating to the services requested; all parties are properly informed and educated of the requirements and measures to be taken with regard to privacy;
- Any parties outside our facility, with whom we have entered into specific agreements on the measures to be taken to ensure the security of the data entrusted to them, in any case the data will be processed exclusively for the pursuit of the stated purposes.

At any time you can exercise your rights towards the data controller under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, which we reproduce below in full:
Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information:
- the origin of personal data;
- the purposes and methods of treatment;
- the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic instruments;
- the identity of the owner, manager and the designated representative under Article 5, paragraph 2;
- the subjects and categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated or who may become aware of as representative designated in the State, managers or agents.
3. You have the right to:
- the update, correction or, when of interest, integration of data;
- the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form the block of data processed in violation of law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated disclosed, except where such proves impossible adempiment or involves means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
- the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
